Download App via Safari
Using the default Safari browser on your iOS device, log into your account dashboard and tap "Install App". When the download confirmation prompt appears, select Install.

Track Download on Home Screen
Return to your iPhone or iPad Home Screen. You will see the application downloading and installing. Please wait until the installation is fully complete.

Enable Developer Mode
On iOS 16 and above, you must enable Developer Mode before launching the application. Follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Developer Mode, then turn it on.
- Restart your device and confirm by tapping Turn On when prompted.

Trust the Enterprise Certificate
If you tap the application and see an "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" warning, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management.
- Find and tap on the Enterprise App developer profile name.
- Tap "Trust [Developer Name]" and confirm.
